Jake Welsh brings a sharp digital marketing mind to Team Farnham. With a Bachelor's in Business Management with an emphasis in Digital and Social Media Marketing, Jake spent time as a Digital Marketing Specialist in Las Vegas's nightlife industry before joining the team — giving him a strong foundation in brand building, content strategy, and online engagement in one of the most competitive markets in the country.

As Marketing Manager, Jake is the creative engine behind Team Farnham's digital presence — managing social media, content, and marketing campaigns that help the team connect with buyers, sellers, and the broader Las Vegas community. He is newer to the team but has hit the ground running with energy, creativity, and a genuine eagerness to grow alongside one of Henderson's most respected real estate teams.

Outside the office Jake is newly married and enjoying the adventure of newlywed life — including keeping up with his micro mini doodle, who by all accounts keeps things entertaining at home.
