Before joining Team Farnham, Nick partnered on three major real estate development projects across the Midwest — including a 417-unit luxury multifamily complex in Illinois, 115 new construction homes in Iowa, and a historic courthouse renovation in Mississippi — giving him a depth of real estate knowledge most agents simply don't have. Since joining Team Farnham in 2023, Nick has closed over 45 transactions and has quickly become a trusted resource for buyers and sellers across the Las Vegas Valley.

Nick is deeply rooted in the Las Vegas community. He serves as a Ministry Partner at Central Church in Henderson and has been actively involved with Hope for the City, a nonprofit that has provided food to more than 1.5 million individuals across Southern Nevada.
