Autumn Chase is in North Las Vegas 89031 and was built in the early 2000s. That matters in two ways. It fits less well if you want to walk to coffee and restaurants, if you need a short commute to Henderson or the Strip, or if a brand new build with a builder warranty is the goal.

Do two things. Drive from the house to the park at the time of day you would actually go, so you know what three miles feels like. And check the City of North Las Vegas splash pad schedule if that matters to you, since it runs seasonally, generally May through September.
